Do your staff provide energy advice to clients or tenants?
During this current cost of living crisis, more and more households urgently require guidance on how to keep warm in their home while saving money on energy bills. This course will allow your staff to have a greater understanding of domestic energy efficiency, which in turn will allow them to provide the best and most up to date advice to your clients and tenants.
The course is currently fully accessible online and comprises self-directed learning. We recommend that candidates spend at least 25-30 hours studying the course materials. We offer weekly online ‘support sessions’, and we recommend candidates attend as many as these sessions as possible, allowing them to ask any questions they may have.
The exam will also take place online. Candidates will be advised of exam dates when they have registered for the course.
